The Departments of Biostatistics and Epidemiology are responsible for the courses in biostatistics and epidemiology for 3rd year medical students and the students of Master of Public Health.

Some of the staff also teach at the PhD courses proffered by the Faculty of Health Science at the University of Aarhus.

The department runs courses on epidemiological theory, STATA and data documentation.

Professor Jørn Olsen teaches every summer at The European Education Programme in Epidemiology, Florence.
